Baby Massage @ The Yoga Den - November

A 4 week block to learn the skill of baby massage together. The babies will enjoy a massage and we will talk about benefits it brings.
After the class we take time for refreshments and a chat together which is a lovely way to meet other local parents. The class is an hour in total, including massage and time for a drink/chat.
