Liz from The Honeybee Sanctuary will help us to create a natural decongestant chest rub that you can use on your little ones to help them with colds this winter.

While the rub is infusing, we will learn massage strokes that can help ease congestion over the colder months.
We will enjoy a peppermint hot chocolate and get cosy for a Autumn story together.
